• Shift: 12hr Nights (1900-0730), 3 shifts/week
• Hours/week: 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Licensure: KS RN or Compact RN License
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, NIHF
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Critical Care/ICU experience, experience with CRRT, Bipaps, labs, Chest Tubes, PICC, code protocols, and no vascular access team

What You'll Do
• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and manage patients with CRRT, Bipaps, Chest Tubes, PICC lines, and labs
• Conduct own codes and emergency procedures confidently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Float to other inpatient units including Med/Surg, Tele, and ED as needed
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC EMR
What You Need
Required:
• Kansas RN license or valid compact license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience, including ventilator management and vascular access procedures
Preferred:
• Experience with critical care equipment and protocols
• Ability to adapt to multiple inpatient units
About the Assignment
This assignment is at a leading facility in Olathe, Kansas, specializing in critical care. You will be part of a dedicated team providing vital services to critically ill patients, with orientation provided to support your success. The current EMR system in use is EPIC, and the facility maintains a nicotine-free environment. Note that the assignment requires working every other weekend and some holidays, including July 4th. Orientation begins on 04/27/2026, with initial training at the main campus and local facilities.
