If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Alliance Ecosystem & AI Activation Lead to join our Market Development Americas team.Responsibilities:Lead activation of the Americas emerging alliance ecosystem strategyDrive activation of Agentic AI and emerging AI alliance partnerships across the regionSupport integration of AI capabilities into consulting delivery and regional delivery center operationsLead AI capability enablement, education, training, and knowledge-sharing programs across America Member Firms; Coordinate AI adoption and activation initiatives across Member FirmsExpand emerging partnerships beyond the core strategic alliance portfolioConnect Member Firms to relevant AI alliance programs, assets, and capabilitiesServe as a trust advisor to regional teams, helping educate, influence and guide adoption of AI capabilities and emerging ecosystem partnershipsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management, ecosystem development, business development, consulting, or technology partnership activationAdvanced degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university requiredWorking knowledge of AI, agentic technologies, cloud platforms, or emerging technology ecosystems and their business applicationsDemonstrated experience developing and executing alliance, partner, or go-to-market strategies across multiple stakeholders and geographies as well as proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, manage competing priorities, and drive adoption of new capabilities and initiativesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and executive stakeholder management skillsSpanish or Portuguese fluency preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
