Job Overview This role leads the team behind the AI platforms the whole enterprise relies on - the GenAI tools people use every day and the coding platforms our engineers build on - and the enterprise's self-service AI chat agents for Tier 1 IT and HR support. You own the experience across all of it, and you're accountable for making it match our Un-carrier mindset - bold, easy, and built for the people who use it. Job Responsibilities Lead the team running the GenAI platforms, gateway, models, and cost - and the enterprise self-service AI chat agents. Build and maintain the enterprise self-service agents - AI chat agents for Tier 1 IT and HR support - against business-owner requirements: they own the experience, your team builds. Operate the self-service chat-agent portfolio - agent onboarding, hand-off quality, prompt cost, and entry points (mobile, Teams, intranet) - as it grows toward one front door for employee self-service. Own the platform-of-choice strategy - multiple best-in-class platforms so people use the right tool for the job. Own the end-to-end experience across platforms, and hold it to the Un-carrier bar. Own platform reliability, security posture, and cost across the footprint. Develop and maintain key internal partnerships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration Mentor team members by providing coaching and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required) Additional Work Experience (Preferred) 4-7+ years Product Management. 5+ years' experience of product management in an agile software development environment. (Preferred) 4-7+ years Technical Depth. 3+ years' experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment. (Preferred) 4-7+ years Cross-Functional Leadership. Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of technological products. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
