Licensed Practical Nurse

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule: Full-time, 4am-4:30pm, 12 hour shifts. Facility: Tazewell Regional Jail. Location: Tazewell, VA. Sign-on bonus: $2,500. Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions. Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions. Provide wound care and change dressings. Support documentation and care planning. Promote hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients. What You’ll Need Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice. 1‑2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred). Active CPR certification.
