Demand Generation Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Demand Generation Manager for an innovative, fast-growing technology organization specializing in AI-powered cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Austin, Texas , offering the opportunity to play a key role in building and executing global demand generation and account-based marketing programs. POSITION OVERVIEW The Demand Generation Manager will drive integrated campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market audiences. This hands-on role will own demand generation initiatives across paid media, email, events, content, SEO/SEM, and account-based marketing while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS demand generation experience, a data-driven approach, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to improve campaign performance and personalization. RESPONSIBILITIES Own and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, events, and direct mail. Develop multi-touch B2B campaigns focused on generating net-new pipeline and accelerating active opportunities across enterprise and mid-market audiences. Build and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales, with a focus on priority accounts and new-logo opportunities. Establish and monitor campaign and pipeline performance metrics, using data and attribution insights to continuously improve ROI and campaign effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, and other marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, analytics, and decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience in B2B demand generation , ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise technology. Strong hands-on expertise developing and executing ABM and integrated campaign strategies that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot or comparable marketing automation platforms , and campaign/ABM analytics tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, attribution, pipeline metrics, and ROI. Strategic, organized, collaborative, and execution-focused, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
