What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Lead:

Keep team morale high and productivity steady by leading, motivating, and communicating effectively to achieve daily goals
Receive inbound freight on pallets
Manually transfer products from pallets to a conveyor belt
Stack empty pallets for relocation by a forklift operator
Perform additional duties as assigned
You will go far in this role as a motivating team leader who works hands-on and leads from the front!

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Have experience in warehouse operations
Be an experienced Team Leader in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
Have good communication skills
Have experience in preparing orders, picking/packing, and loading/unloading trucks
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
