About the Role:
VNL ARF LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement individualized program plans (IPPs) and support goals set by the care team
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings
• Document daily progress notes, incident reports, and behavioral observations accurately
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
