The Role We are hiring an experienced Residential Service Electrician / Pricing Tech to serve homeownersacross Montgomery and Bucks Counties. This high-autonomy role focuses on diagnosing residential electrical issues, presenting clear upfront options and pricing, and delivering premium service and craftsmanship. Best of all, you control how you earn: if you want to focus heavily on providing solutions, you can - but if you sell and execute the job yourself, you can stack your commissions that way too. What's In It for You Uncapped Earning Potential: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000 – $110,000+ (Our average tech earns $90,000/year). Generous and Transparent Performance Pay (After the onboarding period – either 30 or 60 days). True Work-Life Balance: 40–42 hour work weeks (An average of2 calls on Tuesday meeting days; 3 calls Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri). Dispatch from Home: Take-home truck provided; dispatched directly from home on non-meeting days. Light On-Call Rotation: Low-frequency schedule strictly servicing existing customers- no late-night burnout. Health & Wellness Benefits: (After the onboarding period – either 30 or 60 days) $325 per month company contribution towards Health and Vision Insurance. Employer contribution towards Dental Insurance. 100% Employer-paid Short-Term Disability Insurance. Tool & Gear Allowances Tool Allowance: $390 per year. Boot Allowance: $100 per year. Core Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems (200A service upgrades, inside/outside wiring, live/underground connections, and wire fishing at heights). Present transparent, upfront pricing options—never selling work a customer doesn't need. Run 2–3 service calls daily using Service Titan for dispatching and invoicing. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked take-home truck. Participate in weekly team training, share call feedback, and mentor rising techs. Required & Preferred Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Pricing Technician / Service Electrician (troubleshooting & repair). 4+ years of upfront/straightforward pricing experience in the field. Strong Technical Skills: Confident in 200A services, grounding, live/underground wires, working at heights, and fishing wires. Customer Communication: Articulate with great customer service skills and a strong ability to build trust with homeowners. Location: Must reside in or near Montgomery County or Bucks County, PA. Software: Service Titan experience preferred (training provided for tech-savvy applicants). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
