Overnight Stocking Coach – Idaho Falls, ID Full Time / Permanent | Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 per year Position Summary Lead and develop store teams, drive operational excellence and financial results, and ensure outstanding customer service while fostering a culture of belonging. Responsibilities Lead and develop team performance through training, coaching and coaching feedback. Communicate business initiatives, store operations, and technology to associates. Implement change efforts, set clear expectations, and provide guidance on business solutions. Model and support customer service excellence, resolve complaints and implement action plans. Review and manage profit‑loss statements, budgeting, forecasting and expense control to achieve sales and profit goals. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow and operational processes. Hire, train, mentor and recognize hourly associates, and build high‑performing teams. Maintain compliance with company policies, Open Door Policy and ethical standards. Promote a culture of belonging and respect diverse individuals, ideas and experiences. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific criminal background check and training. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
