Position Overview As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and outcomes Schedule Options Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available 8-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Every other weekend rotation required Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Same-day pay options available Career Growth Opportunities: LPN to RN RN to Unit Manager Unit Manager to ADON ADON to DON We provide educational assistance and mentorship to support your career advancement.
