Wyndemere Senior LivingLocated in Wheaton, IL, Wyndemere Senior Living is a continuum of care community that specializes in providing a supportive living environment to our residents. We are looking for Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants interested in working hand in hand with the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care to our Assisted Living residents.Shifts: Full time AM, Part-time AM/PM/NOC and PM/PRN; Must be available every other weekendSalary: $15-$17/hrLocation: Wheaton, ILWe offer:Competitive shift differential up to $4/hrSet schedules and affordable benefitsResident Assistant Responsibilities:Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily livingDocument care and provide updates to nursesAnswers assistance calls promptlyChanges bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms neat and orderlyDemonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments. Communicates effectively with others, respects diverse opinions and styles, acknowledges the assistance and contributions of others, and demonstrates professionalism.Qualifications:A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is requiredExcellent organization skillsMust be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work dayContinuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday
