Part-Time Licensed Psychotherapist - Long-Term Care

Extended Care Specialists INC

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a part-time licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to deliver recovery-oriented psychotherapy in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure medically necessary care. Responsibilities include documenting sessions, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
