Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), traveler's choice. Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks available. Six weekend days per contract required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

• High-volume, high-acuity postpartum unit with diverse patient population specializing in high-risk obstetric care
• Standard patient load of 4 couplets with potential for census surge management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Flexible assignment length and scheduling options to fit your travel preferences
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate high-acuity experience
• Daily census of approximately 45 patients across 57 rooms

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent postpartum nursing experience with high-acuity patients
• Epic EMR experience required (hard requirement)
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with high-risk obstetric care, magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, postpartum hemorrhage management, and substance withdrawal patients
• Experience with cesarean section care, episiotomy/incision care, fundus/lochia/perineum assessment, and Foley catheter management
• JADA experience preferred
• Willingness to float to nearby campuses (Issaquah and Edmonds postpartum units, and Labor and Delivery for second-hour recovery)
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
