The role supports Armetco , our established aluminum composite panel (ACM) manufacturing business.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager at Armetco, you will be a key problem-solver ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role is to organize and coordinate projects using effective and efficient methods while maintaining strong, prompt, and professional communication with clients and internal teams. You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule project activities and milestones to meet objectives.
• Ensure project details are well-documented and communicated to the project team via Salesforce.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and resolve problems from internal and external sources.
• Plan and participate in jobsite meetings, turnover meetings, and weekly production meetings to promote project visibility.
• Coordinate subcontracted services as necessary to meet timeline commitments.
• Review, create, and manage the execution of change orders.
• Work with internal preconstruction teams to understand project scope, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal accounting to ensure projects are billed accurately and on time.
• Promote and maintain standards for safety awareness and behavior.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five-plus years of construction or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings including plan sets and isometrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Mail).
• Experience with Salesforce and other project management software like Milestones PM+ is highly preferred.
• Experience in commercial new builds is highly preferred.
