PLEASE NOTE: It is 100% Onsite position at Mount Pleasant, SC Shift/Schedule: Onsite MF 8 AM to 4:30 PM This practice sees patients in 4 locations: Mt. Pleasant, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Beaufort. Dress Code (if applicable): Scrubs or business professional WORK LOCATIONS: Bariatric surgery in our Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics 1280 Hospital Drive Suite 302, Mount Pleasant office. The satellite offices will be with the Bariatric Surgeon once a month at the following locations below; Name of Clinic: Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics Nexton Dayfield Park Address: 406 Brighton Park Blvd Suite 101 Name of Clinic: Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics Beaufort Address: 11 D Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort SC 29906 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and collections. Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Working through EPIC/EMR systems Requirements REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma/ GED 1+ years of relevant experience within a healthcare setting EPIC experience OnBase experience (heavily preferred) Customer Service experience Must be computer savvy
