Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing the overall visibility of our community. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain residents, highlighting our community's unique features, amenities, and services Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment to achieve marketing goals Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners to promote our community Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize results Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns , including advertising, social media, email marketing, and promotional events Monitor and report on marketing performance to measure success and adjust strategies as needed About the Role As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
