Keyresponsibilities Conductvarianceanalysistoexplaindeviationsfrombudgetsandforecasts. GeneralLedgerandMonth-EndClose: Executemonth-endandyear-endclosingprocesses. Performmonthlyaccountreconciliationstoensureaccuracy. Monitorandanalyzemanufacturingcosts,includingrawmaterials,labor,andoverheads. Trackinventory,ensuringaccuracyandvaliditythroughreconciliationandcyclecountreporting. Collaboratewithproductionandoperationsteamstoimproveyieldandefficiency,identifyingcost-savingopportunities. ComplianceandInternalControls: EnsurecompliancewithGAAPandrelevantfinancialregulations. Assistwithinternalandexternalaudits,includingpreparingdocumentationandprovidingsupport. Assistwithtaxpreparationandcompliance(incometax,salestax,etc). Contributetothebudgetingprocess,assistinginthecreationofbudgetsandfinancialforecasts. Experience: Minimumof3-5yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperience,withexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentbeingpreferred. TechnicalSkills: Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware,IQMSexperienceisabonus. UnderstandingofU.S.GAAPasitappliestoamanufacturingenvironment. SoftSkills: Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam,managemultipletasksandmeetdeadlines.
