This is a newly created role focused on developing and integrating software systems across multiple manufacturing facilities. You'll play a key role in standardizing manufacturing technology, connecting plant-floor systems with enterprise applications, and driving automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the business. This is a highly hands-on technical position suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, developing software solutions, and working directly with engineering, operations, and IT teams to modernize manufacturing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, and databasesDevelop software solutions using Microsoft.NET/C#, SQL, and REST APIs to automate and improve manufacturing processesStandardize systems, platforms, and integrations across multiple manufacturing facilitiesTroubleshoot integration and automation issues while identifying opportunities to improve reliability and performanceGather business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutionsPartner closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to deliver manufacturing technology improvementsKey Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on software development and systems integration experience within manufacturing environmentsStrong experience with Microsoft.NET/C#, Microsoft SQL, and REST API developmentExperience with AVEVA System Platform/Wonderware is requiredProven experience integrating manufacturing systems rather than PLC programming or controls engineeringStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and operational teamsIf you're looking to join a company investing heavily in manufacturing technology while owning enterprise-wide integration and automation projects, this is an excellent opportunity with long-term career growth.
