Aloft - Hillsboro Aloft Hillsboro Hillsboro, OR 97006, USA Description The Houseperson plays a key role in supporting hotel operations, identifying maintenance concerns, and contributing to an exceptional stay for every guest through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. Support the guest experience behind the scenes as a Houseperson. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel by responding promptly to guest and team member requests, assisting with housekeeping operations, and ensuring public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces are well maintained. Receives linen supplies from floor shoots. Removes trash collected by room attendants. Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen. Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
