Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of recent anesthesiology experience at tertiary care centers Board certification in Anesthesiology or eligibility with fellowship training Valid CA state medical license and DEA registration Familiarity with EPIC EMR systemRecent experience working solo in high acuity (ASA 3+) cases Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA Ability to cover both inpatient and outpatient procedures in a flexible, floating schedule Strong regional anesthesia skills preferred, but not mandatory Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Nice to Have Skills: Regional anesthesia experience Interest or experience working with CRNAs Experience in high acuity settings and complex cases Prior work at tertiary or academic medical centers Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Fellowship-trained anesthesiologist with recent inpatient/outpatient practice Proven ability to work independently and adapt to floating between facilities At least 2+ years of recent practice in a similar high-volume, high-acuity setting Other Requirements: Willingness to be floated between sister sites including Bay Front, Mt. Zion, Mission Bay, Ortho Institute, Parnassus, and Burlingame Must pass credentialing within 60-90 days References: Please provide two professional references who can speak to your clinical expertise and reliability Ability to work at least 2 weeks per month, predominantly full-time Compensation: $450/hr, all-inclusive, with shift differential for holidays Work Schedule: Day shifts, 5x10-hour days (07:00 - 17:00), no fixed shifts, with holiday premium pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
