What You'll Do

As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure outstanding guest experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining operational standards while helping build a positive workplace culture.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring excellent guest service.
• Coach, train, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor labor, food, beverage, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation.

• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
