We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator with CNC turret experience to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will be building the deck platforms for commercial playground equipment. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. Values Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties and Responsibilities Operating CNC turret punch presses and related machinery Performing setup and adjustments as needed Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision Attributes Strong mechanical skills Independent, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Blueprint Reading Comprehension Attention to Detail Qualifications Previous experience with Punch Press required Previous experience setting up and adjusting punch press required Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings Must be able to lift up to 50lbs High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools Job Competencies Acts with Safety in Mind : Actively promotes and maintains a safe working environment by identifying hazards and following safety protocols. The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
