About the Role The Paid Social Manager will lead enterprise‑level paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of national brands. The role blends strategy, execution, client partnership, and team management to deliver measurable impact beyond e‑commerce. Responsibilities Serve as the paid‑social subject‑matter expert, continually evolving best practices, vetting partner tech, and staying current on industry trends. Develop and advance multi‑channel digital media strategies and roadmaps that align with client growth goals, focusing on retailers and omnichannel use cases. Lead day‑to‑day management and optimization of client paid‑social programs, including campaign planning, tactics, segmentation, bid strategy, creative trafficking, site inventory, and privacy compliance. Build and maintain team processes, QA checklists, and documentation to enable scalable execution across clients. Define program objectives, tactics, KPIs, and deliver clear client communication to grow and sustain relationships. Influence client stakeholders to shift strategies and measurement toward enterprise impact. Recruit, train, and manage new team members, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback. Design, implement, and refine operating rhythms, workflows, and processes (status meetings, intake, prioritization, QA) to support high‑performance teams. Qualifications 5+ years of direct responsibility for enterprise‑level paid‑social advertising programs. At least 1 year of experience managing direct reports. Excellent communication and extensive client‑management experience (internal or external). Proven track record of positive results through paid‑social channels. Mastery of performance‑based, direct‑response marketing, platform UIs, ad‑serving/tech, external partner management, and analytical problem‑solving. Exceptional attention to detail and experience building scalable team processes and workflows. Preferred: Leadership of paid‑media programs for large‑scale retailers, omnichannel brands, or e‑commerce; experience with Retail Media Network activations; strong digital‑agency or client‑side digital experience; bid‑technology platform knowledge.
