Cardiology Clinic RN Lead - Patient Care & Education

St. Thomas Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated Cardiology Clinic Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient support in collaboration with Cardiology providers. The onsite role supports the medical assistant team, clinic operations, and care coordination to ensure timely, high-quality care. Experience in Cardiology (inpatient and outpatient) and IV start skills are required.
