Virtual Property Management Solutions, LLC

Virtual Property Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Team Estimator to support the bids team by processing work orders, writing estimates, and keeping client portals accurate and up to date. This remote, detail‑oriented role requires speed, pricing accuracy, and proactive task management.

You will work across Lessen, MSR, AMH portals, log bid activity within 24 hours, respond to inquiries within four business hours, and escalate pricing discrepancies before bid submission to
