The practice is expanding into a larger clinic space, allowing for team growth!
Position Overview
- A Mix of Settings: Enjoy working in home-based Early Intervention (EI) services, a boutique clinic, or schools. Choose to work in homes only or split your time between homes and clinic!
- Clinic is in Pleasanton, CA
- EI caseloads can be built throughout the East Bay \-- keep your driving to a minimum and work near your home!
- Flexible Hours: Whether you're looking for full-time (32+ hours/week) or part-time (20+ hours/week), there are options to fit your needs.
- CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES! A ladder program is available for therapists who want to grow into leadership opportunities with reduced caseloads.

The Details:
- 1+ years of pediatric experience required.
- California Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
- Must have excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively connect with both children and their families.
- Must be able to work in person in Pleasanton, CA or throughout the East Bay
Competitive Pay & Perks:
- $35-55/hour, depending on experience
- Bonus opportunities for over 26 direct clinical hours/week
