She Recruits is partnering with a respected physician-led rehabilitation organization seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join a modern inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving the Kansas City region.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Coordinate care with Internal Medicine physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
• Perform comprehensive rehabilitation evaluations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Kansas Medical License or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration and Kansas Controlled Substance registration (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care
