Position Overview
She Recruits is partnering with a respected physician-led rehabilitation organization seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join a modern inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving the Kansas City region.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
- Coordinate care with Internal Medicine physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
- Perform comprehensive rehabilitation evaluations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Kansas Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration and Kansas Controlled Substance registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care
