Shipping Associate
Mon - Fri - 7am - 3:30pm
$17-$18

Position Summary:
The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping outgoing orders accurately and on time. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring products are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and package orders for shipment according to company standards
Verify items, quantities, and shipping details to ensure accuracy
Print and apply shipping labels and documentation
Load and unload shipments using manual methods or material-handling equipment
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to lift, move, and carry packages up to required weight limits
Basic math and documentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or shipping experience
Forklift experience
Forklift or pallet jack experience (if applicable)
Familiarity with shipping software or inventory systems
Order Picking

Work Environment:
Warehouse or distribution center
Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Fast-paced and deadline-driven setting
