We are hiring CDL A Drivers for Regional Midwest routes offering weekly home time, no-touch freight, paid training, and annual earnings of $85,000 to $90,000, with top drivers earning over $100,000 per year.


This position is ideal for drivers seeking consistent miles, predictable home time, and strong earning potential without requiring tanker or hazmat endorsements. Drivers primarily operate throughout the Midwest hauling no-touch freight and are typically dispatched with preloaded trailers to maximize efficiency and productivity.


New hires receive hands-on training, which generally takes about one week to complete, ensuring a smooth transition into the position. Drivers who possess a valid passport may also have opportunities to service Canadian freight lanes for additional routing options.

Duties

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer throughout the Midwest region.


• Transport freight while maintaining compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.


• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe equipment operation.


• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.


• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.


• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.


• Maintain professionalism while representing the company at customer locations.


• Report maintenance issues and equipment concerns promptly.


• Operate efficiently while maximizing available mileage opportunities.



Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License


• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred


• Drivers with 6 months of recent Class A experience may be considered


• Must live within 60 miles of:


Mount Vernon, IN
Louisville, KY
South Bend, IN
Grand Rapids, MI
Detroit, MI
Ottawa, IL
Selkirk, NY


• No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years


• No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months


• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years


• No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months


• No more than 2 accidents within the last 2 years


• SAP drivers may be considered if the program has been successfully completed and driving privileges have been fully reinstated


• Ability to pass all DOT employment, drug screening, and background requirements


• Clean criminal background required for drivers operating Canadian routes


• Passport preferred for Canadian freight opportunities


• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
