Treatment Care Coordinator

Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) 7am-5pm Mon-Wed, Thursday 7am-6pm, Friday 7:45am-4pm (hours will vary) Saturday 7am-2pm (1st Sat of the Month) Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams Qualifications Previous dental or treatment coordinating experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting Compensation $21-22/hr Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
