About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in home, school, daycare, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.
