Lake City Home Care Opportunity | W-2 Position | Weekly Pay

Concierge Care is currently seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist a client in Lake City, FL. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who enjoy providing one-on-one care in a home setting.

This client requires coverage 7 days per week, with shifts generally scheduled 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule may be divided between multiple caregivers, making it a great opportunity whether you're looking for a few days each week or additional hours.

Position Details

• Location: Lake City, FL
• Schedule: 7 days per week
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift Flexibility: Schedule may be split between caregivers
• Employment Type: W-2
• Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience and assignment)
• Weekly Pay
• $100 Sign-On Bonus (paid after eligibility requirements are successfully met)

Requirements

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs: • 2 hours Alzheimer's • 1 hour HIV/AIDS • 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication (find bundled CEU options at c-e-u.com)
