Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work. Direct project planning, coordination, and execution alongside internal teams and external partners. Act as the main liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities. Track project performance and address challenges proactively to keep schedules and quality on track. Facilitate project meetings and deliver consistent progress updates to stakeholders. Guide and mentor junior project managers and project support staff. Partner with field teams to maintain strong communication and efficient project execution. Profile The Successful Project Management Applicant will have: Proven experience in construction project management (a strong background in municipal, public construction projects is a plus) Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 30 certification is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
