About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be a key advisor to the CEO, COO, and the Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance on financial reporting, stability, and growth. This role involves directing and supervising the work of business unit Controllers, the treasury function, and Information Systems. The CFO will also be responsible for safeguarding and optimizing the company's assets, ensuring the availability of financial and administrative resources, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. Additionally, the CFO will contribute to organizational planning, assist in the implementation of corporate goals, and serve as a senior management advisor on a wide range of business issues. Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a business-related field and a Bachelor’s degree in a financial-related field, with a minimum of 10 years of direct accounting/finance experience. International experience and a high level of understanding in currency transfers are essential, as is knowledge of and experience in implementing Lean Accounting principles. The CFO will be involved in a variety of financial activities, including processing and distributing invoices, supporting accounts receivable and payable, recording financial transactions, and preparing financial statements. The role also requires the CFO to support external audits, tax reporting, and compliance with accounting policies, as well as to assist in long-range and strategic planning, and to ensure adequate capital resources for the company's objectives.
