Part-Time Childcare Provider / Family Assistant (Weekday Evenings) We are seeking a warm, dependable and engaging childcare provider to help care for our three daughters during weekday afternoons and evenings. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to become part of a supportive family team. This is a collaborative position — parents will be home and available to help and support several evenings each week, so responsibilities are often shared rather than handled independently. Responsibilities • Pick up children from school and daycare • Safely transport children using family-provided car seats • Prepare and serve dinner for the children • Complete bath time and evening routines • Prepare children for bedtime • Engage the children in age-appropriate play, reading, activities, and learning • Help keep children’s spaces tidy and organized Qualifications • Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Reliable transportation • Comfortable driving children • Dependable, organized, and nurturing • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Provide • Car seats for all children • Gas reimbursement for driving responsibilities • Supportive and involved parents who help with evening routines several nights each week • Flexible opportunities for additional hours and babysitting if desired • Potential for expanded responsibilities and schedule based on interest and availability • Warm and fun family environment with opportunity for a long-term relationship We are looking for someone kind, patient, energetic and confident caring for multiple young children.
