STARTING SALARY: $50,000 ANNUALLY | FRIDAY–MONDAY | ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), part of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Bilingual Onsite Liaison to support our growing operations in Greer, SC!

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and payroll experience, and understands the importance of accuracy, accountability, and communication.

Location: Greer, SC
Starting Salary: $50,000 Annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Friday–Monday | 5:45 AM–2:30 PM
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandatory)

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING REQUIREMENT: This position requires someone who is comfortable maintaining consistent communication and availability outside of scheduled onsite hours to respond to employee call-outs, attendance issues, and urgent client staffing needs. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential to the success of this role.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bilingual Onsite Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between our associates, client management, and internal staffing teams.

This position is responsible for managing daily onsite operations, employee attendance, timekeeping, payroll accuracy, workforce reporting, and communication between all parties.

This is not simply an administrative position. We need someone who can take ownership of onsite operations, identify and resolve issues proactively, and ensure our clients and associates receive exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll & Time Management

• Review, verify, and process employee hours to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
• Monitor daily time punches, missed punches, overtime, and attendance discrepancies.
• Research and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues.
• Reconcile timesheets against client records and VMS systems.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and meet weekly processing deadlines.
• Communicate payroll discrepancies and corrections to the appropriate departments.

VMS Systems & Reporting

• Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage employee assignments, timekeeping, and workforce data.
• Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets, attendance trackers, and operational reports.
• Track employee headcount, starts, terminations, attendance, and open staffing needs.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports to client management and internal leadership.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Experience with SimpleVMS or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Onsite Operations & Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client management and temporary associates.
• Conduct daily employee check-ins and monitor attendance across assigned shifts.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and site-specific requirements.
• Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and workplace questions professionally.
• Monitor employee call-outs and communicate staffing shortages promptly.
• Coordinate with recruiting teams to address last-minute staffing needs.
• Coordinate employee starts, assignment changes, and terminations.
• Maintain strong relationships with client supervisors and associates.
• Remain accessible for urgent client communication and workforce issues outside scheduled onsite hours, as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Previous experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, or payroll reconciliation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required , including spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to handle issues independently.
• Professional communication skills when interacting with employees, clients, and management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and payroll information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous onsite staffing, workforce management, or staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable with the Friday–Monday schedule and additional availability requirements for urgent calls and client needs.
