As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:Program Execution: Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to initiate and oversee programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders through regular touchpoints and strategic business reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new clients through product configuration, platform integration, and training to secure fast time-to-value success and continuous engagement.Risk and Issue Management: Monitor program efforts to identify and mitigate program risks and issues.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with business development, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure customer requirements and program objectives are met. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to achieve program goals.​Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding scope, schedule, quality, and program budget and provide regular updates to stakeholders.We're looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.Required:Proven experience in program management, preferably in the defense or technology sector.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and program-related activities.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute, or equivalent training and experience.U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.Desired:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.​Proficiency in Microsoft Project.Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software.Experience in radar technology or related fields, with an understanding of radar systems and their applications.Familiar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command.Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance.
