Accountant

Accountant Details:

Contract position
$ 25.00 / hour
First Shift

Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice review and payment processing.
Monitor cash flow and transfer funds to operating accounts as needed to maintain adequate balances.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for presentation at Board meetings.
Assist with basic Accounts Receivable (AR) processing, including recording and tracking incoming payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Support the organization's day-to-day financial operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Accountant Qualifications:

Accounts Payable experience
Accounts Receivable experience
QuickBooks experience
Willing to only work 5-10 hours per week
