The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance national security through advanced IT solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and continuous improvement of enterprise-level ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog, ensuring comprehensive service offerings across the global organization
• Direct infrastructure architecture development and maintenance, contributing to strategic technical roadmaps and ensuring alignment with Department of State standards and federal requirements
• Translate complex architectural directions into actionable support requirements, including comprehensive impact assessments, risk analysis, and dependency mapping
• Lead DT/EA/CST teams in developing and documenting infrastructure standards, promoting organization-wide adoption aligned with DOS policies and federal best practices
• Spearhead governance review processes, developing comprehensive communication and training materials to support standards implementation and organizational change management
• Design and propose metrics to measure adoption rates and compliance levels, supporting ongoing compliance monitoring and change management activities
• Ensure the service portfolio offers a comprehensive, clearly defined set of products and services across all task areas, meeting diverse stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise architecture frameworks that support modernization initiatives and digital transformation efforts
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance on major infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards and strategic objectives
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, planning and leading major architectural initiatives while mentoring junior architects and supervising technical staff

Qualifications:

Required –

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience in related fields, such as enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT service management, systems engineering, or technology strategy; equivalencies considered.
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Federal Enterprise Architecture)
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and IT service portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards development, governance processes, and compliance monitoring practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical teams, and drive organizational change

Desired –

• Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL Expert, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure design
• Knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks including NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA requirements

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
