Details Mixed acuity pediatric unit serving patients from birth through 18 years of age across all pediatric specialties 19-bed unit with approximately 30% of admissions being Hematology/Oncology patients Nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1, with at least 2 APHON-certified RNs staffed per shift Day/Night rotation or Nights Only schedule, 36 hours per week Uses the Beacon EMR platform Requirements Active NH or Compact RN license required Current BLS certification required APHON certification required Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma setting Extensive experience caring for pediatric Hematology/Oncology patients, including familiarity with all pediatric cancers and therapies Experience with the Beacon EMR platform required Two references from managers required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Unit supports all specialties within a children's hospital setting American Traveler Job ID P-724488.
