Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive implementation, testing, and data migration across SAP SuccessFactors initiatives. You will partner with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, validate data, and ensure high-quality deliveries.ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagementContribute to configuration support activities across all project phasesExecute testing activities and track defects to maintain solution qualityPerform data migration, data validation, and data quality activitiesProvide post-go-live support and drive issue resolutionCollaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutionsAnalyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirementsCommunicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and share progress updatesCoordinate within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineProfessional experience of 3+ years with SAP SuccessFactorsHands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projectsSolid understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle managementProven track record with testing activities and defect managementPractical exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentEnglish proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higherNice to haveExperience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with integration and reporting conceptsExperience working in Agile project environmentsWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
