Experiential / Merch Producer →

Beyond Studios is seeking a full-time Experiential / Merch / Media Producer to join our NYC-based team. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is excited to work across a range of disciplines including merch production, commercial photo and video, and branding + design. The ideal candidate is a natural project manager and creative problem-solver who knows how to bring ideas to life—on time, on budget, and without sacrificing craft. You’ll work closely with creative directors, designers, clients, and vendors to oversee production timelines, source materials, manage budgets, and keep everything running smoothly from kickoff to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Produce custom merch projects from concept through fulfillment Source and manage physical product vendors across apparel, packaging, and specialty items Oversee commercial photo and video productions, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and post workflows Manage branding and design project timelines, creative assets, and deliverables Own production budgets ranging from $10k to $100k+, both in studio and on set Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners Tackle obstacles with critical problem-solving and a solutions-first mindset Track budgets, invoices, and schedules with sharp attention to detail Be ready to get your hands dirty—whether it's packing boxes, organizing a set, or driving a last-minute pickup Requirements: 3–5 years experience in production or creative project management Experience managing physical product sourcing and vendor relationships, including the sourcing of overseas vendors Familiarity with both content production (photo/video) and merchandise production Strong organizational and communication skills\Experience managing production on set including creative hiring Experience managing production on set including creative hiring A sharp eye for design and branding execution Must be NYC-based and available to work in-office full-time To apply, send a link to your resume and a few sentences about your background via the application page linked below, or directly to View email address on click.appcast.io Let us know what you’ve produced—and how you made it happen.
