Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician of all levels and skill sets: electrical, mechanical, welding and more. We offer on-the-job training, vendor training, and offsite technical development to help you expand your expertise. What You’ll Do Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment (conveyors, mixers, refrigeration, packaging lines, etc.) Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to quickly resolve equipment issues. Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production and quality standards. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following GMP and safety protocols. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. High school diploma or GED preferred. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in hot/cold/dusty environments. Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious.
