You will be responsible for driving product strategy, guiding technical teams, and delivering scalable analytics solutions. We are seeking applicants with strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation within data and product environments.**What you will be doing:*** Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through design, testing, and deployment* Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to drive innovative software and analytics solutions* Oversee the development and optimization of Oracle database solutions and business intelligence tools* Manage and mentor software and data teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment* Establish priorities, goals, and project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives* Drive the effective use of JIRA for project tracking, collaboration, and delivery execution* Utilize Linux expertise to support system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization**What you will likely bring:*** 10+ years’ experience in product development, data analytics, or related technical fields, with 5+ years managing and developing teams* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders* Expertise in Oracle database technologies and experience working within data and BI environments* Proficiency with JIRA and hands-on experience managing agile or structured development workflows* Experience delivering analytics products and strong expertise in MicroStrategy as a primary BI tool* Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field**What could set you apart:*** Proven track record leading complex product development initiatives from concept through successful launch* Experience developing and executing product strategies aligned to business growth objectives* Strong hands-on expertise with Linux and advanced database environments* Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau* Background in product analytics or pricing analytics* Experience within automotive or related industries#LI-MB2 #LI-HYBRID**About Epicor**At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
