Job Description Key Responsibilities Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to define architectural direction andexecution strategies for PolicyCenter implementationsand upgrades. Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, conductingcode reviews and ensuring best practices. Translatecomplex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and testableGuidewire-based solutions. Engagewith business stakeholders to propose implementation strategies. Designand develop end-to-end PolicyCenter solutions using Gosu programming,plugins, and integration frameworks. Implementnew policy products, configure workflows, and develop rating logic. Performhands-on integration development using SOAP/REST, messaging, and systemconnectors. Supportproduct upgrades and cloud transition. Decomposetasks and manage progress using agile methodologies. Collaboratewith QA to ensure robust testing. SupportCI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot across environments. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred. Experiencein Guidewire PolicyCenter. Hands-onGosu scripting and integration expertise. Specificexperience with PolicyCenter (not just Billing or ClaimCenter). Experiencewith Guidewire upgrades (v9 to v10). Clouddeployment experience (AWS, Azure) preferred. Visvero
