Location: Byron Center, MI

Shift: 1st: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm  Monday - Friday  

Pay: 1st: $15.00 /hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a  Production Worker to join our team in  Byron Center, MI . In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce high-quality, environmentally friendly products that support sustainability and cleaner living.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a  Production Worker , your core responsibilities will include:

Operating production machinery: Run and monitor equipment such as conveyor belts and packaging machines to ensure smooth, efficient output.

Assembling and preparing products: Work with materials to produce cat litter, small animal bedding, and lawn and garden products according to company standards.

Performing quality checks: Inspect products for accuracy and consistency to maintain top-tier quality control.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Comfortable working in a dusty environment.

Skills:

Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure consistent workflow.

Attention to Detail: Ensures every product meets company quality and performance standards.

Teamwork & Communication: Collaborates effectively with coworkers to achieve shared production goals.

Adaptability: Works efficiently in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and production needs.
