Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomy - PSC Registration Clerk to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Grove City OH 43123.

This is a 24+ weeks contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Grove City OH 43123

Schedule: EST 7:30am - 4pm (40hours/week)

Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hour (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and kiosk registration.
• Handle customer inquiries, calls, complaints, and issue resolution.
• Verify patient orders and perform data entry, filing, faxing, and other clerical duties.
• Process insurance information and payments accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies and procedures.
• Stock office supplies and support multiple PSC locations as needed.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Education Required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Medical terminology is a plus.

Experience Required

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Data entry, computer, clerical, receptionist, or healthcare experience preferred.
