Our employer is a well-established home health agency that is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Manager who truly enjoys caring for people and building relationships with clients and families.

This is an ideal position for a nurse who wants to continue making a meaningful impact without the physical demands and stress of a hospital or senior living environment. The role is primarily office-based with occasional local client visits for intake, wellness check-ins, and case openings.

They are looking for someone mature, organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients during the onboarding process to better understand their needs and help ensure exceptional care from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake assessments and assist with opening new cases
\n
• Speak with prospective clients and families to understand care needs and recommend appropriate services
\n
• Perform occasional in-home visits for complimentary assessments and client follow-up
\n
• Check in regularly with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
\n
• Coordinate with caregivers and office staff regarding client needs and updates
\n
• Maintain accurate visit notes and basic computer documentation
\n
• Help create a warm, supportive, and professional experience for every client
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Active nursing license (RN or LPN)
\n
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in home health or home care
\n
• Compassionate and personable with excellent communication skills
\n
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
\n
• Comfortable with basic computer input and documentation
\n
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
\n
• Reliable transportation for occasional local visits
\n

Schedule & Work Environment

\n
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
\n
• Primarily office-based with limited local client visits
\n
• Minimal weekend responsibilities (occasional phone availability only; no routine weekend visits)
\n
• Supportive, lower-stress environment focused on quality care and relationships
\n
• $80,000 plus health care benefits and PTO
\n
