Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLCApplies and modifies the principles, methods and techniques of medicine to provide primary patient care. Work closely with Practice Administrator & Case Manager to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care. Cooperate with management in the direction of all clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of all clinic objectives. Evaluate medical procedures and everyday situations and suggest ways to improve delivery of service and profitability.Responsibilities:1. Provide medical treatment to patients.2. Chart all patient transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.3. Works closely with Medical Assistants to assure compliance of all applicable regulations.4. Communicate and work with medical staff to ensure coordinated efforts for the provision of high quality medical treatment and client service.5. Comply with ethical, legal & professional issues.6. Comply with applicable regulations and with corporate policies and procedures.7. Comply with quality assurance for all medical issues and assist in the solution of any medical problems.8. Contribute solutions to intra- and inter-departmental problems.9. Protect clinic assets and property against loss or waste through negligence or dishonesty.10. Participate in implementing special medical projects and services, such as on-site services.11. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.Skills and Specifications:Knowledge of professional medical practices related to treatment.Knowledge of organizational and medical policies, regulations and procedures.Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments.Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe medical environment.Skill in developing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence.Skill in developing and maintaining medical quality assurance and quality control standards.Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, employees, medical staff and the general public.Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff and clients.Good telephone manners and etiquette.Strong organizational skills; orientation to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and work effectively with others.State of Florida Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this job.Previous experience in General Practice preferred.
