• 1099 Compensation: $170/hr

Practice Environment

• Multi‑Specialty Outpatient Surgery Center
• 4 ORs, 2‑3 Endo Rooms
• Same‑Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo – 4,800 cases annually, Surgical – 4,600 cases annually including general, ortho, uro, plastics, etc.
• Shift types: 8‑hour shifts
• EMR – SIS Complete

Qualifications

• Active MI license
• NBCRNA certification
• ALS/BLS certifications
